Gun Raffle Rules

  1. Limit of 1500 tickets to be sold, numbered 001 to 1500.
  2. One ticket per each $20.00 donation.
  3. These are new, factory made, standard type firearms. No custom calibers or designs will be awarded.
  4. By obtaining a raffle ticket you attest that you are a law abiding citizen of good moral character, may legally possess the firearm(s) only in a legal and safe manner, and will or have already obtained instruction of the sage use and operation of the firearm(s) won.
  5. The Drawings will be conducted Oct 1st - Oct 30th.
  6. Lone Pine Hunter's Club will draw the tickets at the LPHC.
  7. All firearms won are subject to availability and LPHC reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value.
  8. To protect the winner(s) identity, the winning names will NOT be posted. The winning numbers will be posted at the club as well as on the LPHC website (www.lonepinehuntersclub.com).
  9. Proceeds of the gun raffle benefit the Lone Pine Hunter's Club.
  10. You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to receive a ticket or prize. Winning ticket holders of under 21 years of age will be awarded the cash out option or at the discretion of LPHC, another firearm of equal or greater value, if the ticket is drawn for a handgun.
  11. Raffle is void where prohibited.
  12. Winners are responsible for taxes and the firearm transfer fee.
  13. All federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) rules apply.
  14. All firearm transfers will be done through a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer, and all applicable Federal and State laws apply, including the laws for the legal residence of the winning ticket holder.
  15. Transfers will be done by a dealer selected by LPHC. LPHC solely reserves the right to change the location and or the dealer for transfer. The winning ticket holder(s) must use the FFL dealer selected by LPHC, and in accordance with all applicable laws.
  16. In the event winners need / wish to have the firearm(s) won transferred to their local FFL dealer closer to their residence, shipping and any other additional costs involved with the transfer will be the responsibility of the winner, and arrangements must be made directly with the FFL dealer chosen by LPHC.
  17. Winners must be 18 years of age to take possession of a firearm.
  18. Winners may be required to verify that ownership of the firearm(s) won is legal in their state, city or town, prior to taking possession of won prize(s).
  19. Winning ticket numbers drawn are still eligible for the remaining drawings.
  20. Winners will be notified, using the name, address, and phone number, that the purchaser has written on the ticket stub. In the event that LPHC is unable to contact the winner it is the sole responsibility for the winning ticket holder to contact LPHC to claim the prize. Prizes are not transferable, the person designated on the ticket must claim the prize. ALL PRIZES MUST BE CLAIMED AND TRANSFER COMPLETE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE SCHEDULED DATE THE TICKET IS DRAWN.
  21. At not time will LPHC take possession of any of the firearms involved in the raffle, winners will receive the firearms directly from the FFL dealer and all applicable laws apply.
  22. LPHC makes not warranty of firearms. Winners will deal directly with the manufacturer if a problem arises.
  23. LPHC makes no claim of firearm suitability of purpose of firearm won.
  24. LPHC limits any and all liability to the purchase price of ticket purchased.
